GHT 425. Hospitality & Tourism Analysis. (3 Credits)
A. Prerequisite: ENG 102 or 102R or 105(B) or HON 102; STA 215 or SOC 232. Evaluation of hospitality and tourism research terminology, methods, ethics, and theory. Emphasis on analyzing professional literature to make informed decisions that impact hospitality and tourism practice. Credit will not be awarded to students who have credit for GHT 425 and 425W.

A. Prerequisite: Global Hospitality and Tourism Majors only and Department Approval. Directed global hospitality and tourism field experience. Minimum of 240 clock hours. May be retaken up to a maximum of 6 hrs
